Today I went outside

So today I took a bus, then the train to Hollywood to see 500 days of summer. Well I left really early and I went to Borders, Amoeba, and then Borders, and finally The Arclight. The movie was great and all, but I don't I think I EVER want to leave the house again!!!! It's way too sunny outside, and there's too many people. I disliked it so much that I wish I were home schooled. Seriously. I love my house. Plus nobody would really care if I got home schooled, except for my dad cause he'd have to pay, but other than that I don't think no one would really care. I remember I used to pester my mom all the time. I would always ask her if I could be home schooled. I'm bad at social situations. My dad thinks I'm weird cause I like being on my own, but I don't care what my dad think, or anyone else for that matter. I think I have Asperger's syndrome. I need help.

I've made up my mind!

Tomorrow I am going to Hollywood to watch 500 days of Summer.

I coul've gone to Westchester cause it's closer, but it's easier to get to hollywood, plus I gwt to go on the subway. yay!

So I've been watching season 1. I love Arrested Development. I remember I used to sort of have a crush on George Michael when I was like 12. George Michael is fierce.

I mostly want to go see grizzly bear cos Beach house is gonna be there. Beach house is so inspirational. Devotion is one my favorite albums ever! The Pet shop boys and the flaming lips are gonna be here too but I'm not too big of a fan. I do like them though. Spoon too. Also Phoenix is coming, but I already saw them when I was like 12, but it was so long ago and they were really good. Ooooh! and Mew is coming back! too bad they're opening for NIN, if they headline I already told my sister to get ready cause Mew sure knows how to put on a good show! Gosh I love concerts, I haven't been to one this year so I'm excited. This fall lineup is good!

So I was looking through last.fm and I saw Franz Ferdinand will be in LA on my birthday and I was excited and as I was looking for more information on the event I saw that the Arctic monkeys are gonna be in LA two weeks later. Now I'm heart broken! I think I might go with the Arctic Monkeys though cause the Klaxons are gonna be there too. Grrr. I'll try to think of something so that I can go to both shows. An evil plan yes! What sucks is that I've never seen either bands live and I have been wanting to see them since I was ten (exageration!) Gah! I do love arctic monkeys a bit more though

Random Ranting: Amoeba

So I just got back from Amoeba, which happens to be the best music store in the world. It's humongous and it's the perfect place for anyone who is a compulsive music buyer like me. WHat made this trip to amoeba even better is that I got a free sticker this time. I guess I'm a valued costumer now. Plus the cashier lady was really nice, she likes the Horrors, and told me how much she loves Primary Colours. Aww Amoeba how I love you, the first time I went there was when I bought Midlake's Banman and Silvercork (which is a very good album by the way). I remember that day, I called all the stores within a 25 mile radius, and no one had that cd except amoeba. Yes amoeba is great. Can you believe they had patrick wolf's new one, i'll wait till my birthday to get that one though. Today was nice, I also got two lps through the mail, and two free posters. One is a Grizzly Bear poster and the other is a yeah yeah yeahs poster, I'm gonna put the latter on my closet door.
